Privacy notice
Website analytics and your choices
SkaiCloud Network uses a cookieless aggregate counter to estimate unique website traffic without creating visitor records. Optional, first-party engagement analytics run only after you accept them. Rejecting analytics does not limit website access or functionality.
Anonymous traffic count
When a public page opens, the server processes connection information transiently to update a compact daily statistical bitmap. It immediately discards the input and stores only the aggregate bitmap. No cookie, IP address, device fingerprint, page path, location, or individual visitor record is stored for this count.
Information collected after acceptance
- An anonymous, randomly generated session identifier.
- Public page paths and safe link or button identifiers.
- Active viewing duration while the page is visible.
- Approximate city, state or region, and country when supplied by our trusted network edge.
- Event dates and the version of the consent notice you accepted.
Information we do not collect
Analytics never records form contents, typed text, names, email addresses, exact GPS coordinates, or complete destination URLs containing query parameters. Internet addresses may be processed transiently by the web server for request protection and approximate location, but are not stored in the analytics records.
Software purchases and licensing
When you purchase SkaiCloud Network Base, we process the customer or company name, fulfillment email, Stripe transaction identifiers, order amount, accepted legal-document versions, license status, installation authority, email-delivery status, and security audit events needed to deliver and administer the license.
Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy terms; SkaiCloud Network does not receive complete card details. Acceptance evidence and download auditing use one-way source hashes rather than storing the source Internet address. Purchase and license records are retained as needed for fulfillment, security, accounting, disputes, legal obligations, and enforcement of the software license.
Cookies, retention, and withdrawal
If accepted, an HTTP-only first-party analytics session cookie lasts up to 30 minutes and is used only to group activity into an anonymous visit. Your accept or reject preference is stored locally in your browser. Raw analytics records are retained for no more than 90 days.
Use the Privacy choices button on any public page to reject enhanced analytics later. Rejection deletes the current anonymous session and stops future engagement collection. The aggregate, cookieless traffic count continues without creating a visitor record. We also honor supported browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
