SkaiCloud Network Base License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to verified payment and continued compliance, SkaiCloud Network LLC grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and operate the purchased release on unlimited systems controlled by the purchasing organization under the organization domain recorded at checkout.

2. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. SkaiCloud Network LLC and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights not expressly granted.

3. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, publish, share activation credentials, bypass license controls, remove ownership notices, or provide copies to unrelated parties. You may create protected backups solely for restoring your authorized installation.

4. Modification

You may configure the software for internal use. You may not use modification, reverse engineering, or technical measures to defeat authentication, licensing, access controls, update verification, or package signatures, except to the limited extent an applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.

5. Customer data

You retain responsibility for data placed in your installation. License enforcement is designed to restrict application capabilities, not delete or conceal customer records. You remain responsible for complete backups and lawful data handling.

6. Suspension and termination

The license may be suspended while a payment dispute is open and revoked after a full refund, lost dispute, unauthorized redistribution, material breach, or tampering with license controls. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the software, while preserving customer records as required by law.

7. Updates and support

Updates, modules, maintenance, and support are included only when expressly identified in the purchased offer or a separate written agreement. Third-party software remains subject to its own license terms.
