Managed service terms

SkaiCloud Network Managed Platform Terms

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern subscription access to a SkaiCloud Network platform operated by SkaiCloud Network LLC. By continuing to payment, you confirm authority to subscribe for the identified organization and accept these terms and the Privacy Notice.

2. Managed service

The subscription includes an isolated application workspace, routine platform updates, hosted service operation, and reasonable technical support. Customer-specific consulting, data migration, custom development, third-party subscriptions, and enterprise infrastructure are outside the subscription unless stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Customer responsibilities

You control authorized users, business records, branding, workflow configuration, exports, and use of the service. You must protect administrator access, maintain lawful content, verify business calculations and documents, and use available backup and export controls appropriate to your operation.

4. Billing and renewal

Stripe processes recurring payment according to the price and billing interval shown at Checkout. The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. Failed or reversed payment may place the workspace into a restricted or suspended state after any stated grace period.

5. Platform address

Your selected SkaiCloud subdomain is reserved for the subscribed organization while service remains active. It is not a separately owned domain name and cannot be transferred, sold, or pointed to another service. Custom domains require verification and may be offered separately.

6. Cancellation and data access

Cancellation stops future renewal according to verified Stripe billing status. Access remains active through the paid period. When service ends, the workspace becomes read-only and enters a 30-day immediate recovery period, followed by archived recovery through day 90. During applicable recovery, authorized administrators may retain read access, create complete backups and exports, review billing, and request reactivation. One-time module purchase records remain attached to the customer account but paid module runtime requires an active Base subscription. The managed hostname remains reserved during recovery and is not automatically assigned to another customer. After the stated retention period, the account may become eligible for an operator-reviewed removal process. Longer retention, migration, or restoration commitments require a separate written agreement.

7. Availability and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no hosted service is guaranteed uninterrupted or immune from every security event. Maintenance, emergency remediation, upstream providers, customer configuration, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties beyond non-waivable rights. Aggregate liability relating to the managed subscription is limited to fees paid during the preceding twelve months, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

9. Enterprise terms

Self-hosted, private-cloud, custom-SLA, regulated, and enterprise deployments require a separate written scope, license, support, and security agreement.
